Mission
I am just starting out at this point. So please feel free to leave any feedback in the feedback section or email me at the email address listed in the contact us section.
My Goal and Mission is to help rescues, shelters and those who are facing surrendering their pets due to high medical costs/emergencies. Once I am established I plan to donate a portion of proceeds to entities in the above categories.
Also I hope to find awesome things for the bigger animals as I have found finding things for them is very difficult. It will take time so your patience and understanding as I start this venture is welcomed.

Refunds and Returns
Since I am just starting out. Refunds will be considered within two weeks of paying for an item and item is returned to me. It will be on an individual basis considering the reason and purpose for the return. Items will be refunded once the item is returned. Refund will include what customer paid for the item and the cost of sending it back.

This is my daughter and I a few years ago. Cloe was my daughters first pet and unfortunately Cloe developed health issues and so I want to dedicate this store to Cloe and help animals locally and throughout the United States.
If you are looking for something specific please let me know and I will look for it for you and if you have any questions Please contact me.
I am just starting out, so my inventory may be low but I will be stocking more things in the future.

Payment Info
We accept credit and debit cards, Venmo (@cloespetboutique) and cash on local delivery.
Delivery
To deliver your favorite products, I will use usps, ups and fedex. Tracking information will be shared with you. If you live locally I may be able to deliver personally within 2-3 days. If you'd like to visit in person, I am using appointments at the time as I do not have a storefront as of yet.
